   River Phoenix was partying with John Fuschiamo the night he died. He was born into the children of God cult, whose leader wanted to have sex with everyone. River was molested since he was 4 years old. The leader of the cult took a new young wife to sleep with new members. Eventually most cult women were involved in the ‘whore for God’ activity.
   Because River and John knew each other and deep secrets come out when you’re high I’m sure the peppers knew the score and wrote about the cult. Love (physical) meant faith.

   Sounds like he is saying that he was always just looking to score with a hot woman that is good in the sack and can bring some new sexual experience.
   I think he's also saying that he's not keeping score of how many women he's been with.
   He might also be saying that he tried to open his mind and heart to find something more.
   He thinks that he may find a connection with the woman he seeks to sleep with.
   The woman is good experience but not enough to make him think about her beyond the one night stand they had together.
   He keeps trying to enjoy marriage with other women even though it hasn't brought him the other marriage because he has faith that it will happen for him eventually (get married).

   I can't explain all of it but I'm taking it its about anthony keidis's journey to discovering god and starting to read the bible. In the song its said "tell your friends I got a factory of faith" this sounds as if it is him standing up for his faith and belief.
