    I agree with the other guy about what the song means, but the voice isn't from the chili peppers herion dealer.Its from George Clintons' coke dealer.

    The meaning of the Dr. Seuss story was to show kids the consequences for being overlygreedy and controlling. Yertle is meant to represent Hitler. The voice that says "look at that turtle go bro" is a heroin dealer that they couldnt pay so the Peppers put him in one of their songs to make up for it.
