    Yeah, I think you are correct. He is the plug walk. But I think he is saying also about the alien.. he is also a plug walk.

    He doesn't understand why the plug walk ( the alien) knows how to talk. I'm not sure about his stuff ( drugs).

    Plug = source drug connection you plug into.
    Plug walk= alludes to the Foreign or Alien aspect of “plug” while dressing it up as a dance. It pays homage to Moon walk in this way. Reference to ET and space coupe have to do with the plug being foreign and alien like.
