Cold Case Love Lyrics

On my roof

But that's enough

Once together but split, they tried to do the relationship thing over but they both knew there was nothing to rekindle. The way he did her caused her to die(inside) which she says was a crime. Prints, pictures and white outlines are all that's left (memories) crime scene (her life)

I think that this song means that there is no future for the relationship. There is nothing that they can do about it. There are no more ways to to improve it. The relationship is a cols case, meaninf there is noging to do about itm it has grown old, and that there is no future.

I think basically like the previous comment states, that her relationship with chris brown was so volatile and explosive towards the end and in a way she feels guilty because she let it go on until it blew up publically and their life and the whole situation was put on show for the world to see..
I absolutely love this song its so haunting with those violins or whatever and towards the end of the song the drums kick in

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

i think rihanna is talking about a guy who hurt her. and now she is trying to get out of the relationship.
shes talking abou how her relationship with chris brown had some issues, but the solved it the wrong way and it got the best of both of them. he had to deal with jail, and she had to deal with losing the only man she ever truly 'loved'
