    It's a really good song. It talks about a girl who can't move on from her previous relationship. She is still hoping that she can turn back the hands of time to be with her EX and fix or even make their relationship better. But, in reality, it's impossible. And, all she can do is tell the boy what she still feels for him through a letter.
