Skrillex: Cinema Meaning
Song Released: 2011
Cinema Lyrics
-
i believe that the original from Benny B is about infatuation with someone. Like fantasizing/dreaming about a life with someone and the different scenarios that could be. in the OG vid it shows this by the guys bringing in their own discs and it showing their fantasy (same girl=same idea).
just the first bit of the song shows that
"I could watch you for a lifetime
You're my favourite movie
A thousand endings
You mean everything to me
I never know what's comin'
Forever fascinated
Hope you don't stop runnin'
To me 'cause I'll always be waitin'"
Cristina Grimmie showed it very well also in her cover with the main charicter watching his life with his dream girl, plus the frustration/depression of the never will be.
The way i see it as fantasy is in the OG vid they are watching it in virtual reality, and in the Grimmie cover there are a bunch of videos

The song talks about a girl, how she is so special along with some dubstep.
