Sublime: Let's Go Get Stoned Meaning
Let's Go Get Stoned Lyrics
I swear sometime your a whore
I swear but I know there ain't no reason
'Cause everything is such a bore
Last night I had a dream, though it made me sick
Saw you in your bedroom sucking someone...

The song is about Bradley (Lead Singer) accepting the fact that his relationship is toxic and that he feels irrelevant to his girlfriend/ex-gf so he copes by getting high.
-
Song is full bradley explaining the stages of acceptance resulting from a girl breaking his heart, and making him feel small. He starts with denial, bargaining self pity, begging, reasoning, then instead of acceptance (the final step) he says fuck it! Getting fucked up and not deal with it anymore is just as good as coping! BONG! Fuckin genius song man.
-
IMO i thnik the songs about him gettin high and thinking about his girlfriend. He starts worrying that shes cheating on him. Brad also feels as he unimportant "If I was an ant liven upon the wall
tell me baby would it make any difference at all".
-
This song is about being paranoid that the lead singer was being cheated on when he really loved her.
