    It suggested that she is London, however this is a negative thing as it is indicated by the inverted use of "I'm in London Still". "Still" is the key word that shows how she feels about being there.

    My boyfriend and I are debating whether, by the last verse, she's returned to her small town, and now missing London, or whether she's still in London, reminiscing about Sunday mornings in her sleepy Sunday hometown. Any thoughts?
