Yelling on the street corner or cleverly masking your words,

This song is an early appearance of blurryface. He's cleverly masking Blurryface's words and trying his best to hide him from society. He's afraid Blurryface is taking over his mind and life, Blurryface is using Tyler's consciousness to get out but Tyler will continue to fight as long and as persistent as he can. His "Father" a.k.a God took Tyler in and helps him fight off Blurryface.
