Hope Lyrics

Yeah
Rest in peace to all the kids that lost their lives in the Parkland shooting
This song is dedicated to you
Okay, she keep calling, she keep calling every single night
Day and night, on my mind, please don't kill the vibe
Oh, no, I swear...

I think it’s saying stay strong even when ur at ur lowest and if u don’t want to stay alive for urself then fight for other people
“Oh, no, I swear to God, I be in my mind
Swear I wanna die, yeah, when you cross my
    Said I wouldn't die”

Hope is about being in the deep pit of depression, pain and helplessness but still fighting to overcome it rather than give into it by ending ones life even though you want to

"she cry's every single night." "Said I wouldn't die, yuh, no, I'm not alright,
    yuh"

Its about trying to maintain positive and hopeful for the future that life will get better and that we wont always been in pain and suffering

"So outside my misery, I think I'll find
A way of envisioning a better life
For the rest of us, the rest of us
There's hope for the rest of us, the rest of
    us"

I think first this ablum revolves around the 17 shooting incident and he seems to say that to we can still keep going on and moving on " there's hope for the rest of us.".

Xxxtentacion dedicates this song to the 17 students who died in the shooting and this girl that he is in love with is sad and is crying every single night (She keep crying she keep crying every single night) and my theory is that she is crying because one of the students was her boyfriend and she came to X because they are both in love.(Theirs hope for the rest of us, the rest of us) Now this indicates in my theory that a couple of the students that died were friends with X witch is probaly one of the reason he made this and he (the rest of us) which means that their was probaly a friend group.

The song is about going through depression and just being buried in pain then just exploding with hatred and acting out with violence and with leaving this life and making a new one that him and everyone else will have a better life.
