I believe this song is about an ex relationship how the girl is acting as if she never cared about him in the first place, so she's making herself look good in a certain way in the "moonlight" when no other guys know how she really is, she is trying to make her ex jealous, hence "feel like im damaged feeling like you planned it". And the ex talks about how while they were in the relationship she never really cared about him anyway "all alone call my phone make me feel right" overall it is about a toxic ex but i could easily be wrong.

I swear i think the lyrics say "step out my" not so bad mind.

Think about it, step out my leads right back into the spotlight part.

    "Spotlight, moonlight
Nigga, why you trippin'? Get your mood right
Shawty look good in the moonlight
All these pussy niggas so bad mind"

My interpretation is that these verses talk about one's depression not being recognized by those around him.

They say he has everything: fame, money, a good-looking girl, there's no need to be sad. Just stop being sad, man, "get your mood right". He's only sad because he's a "pussy nigga".
