Alice Cooper: Billion Dollar Babies Meaning
Billion Dollar Babies Lyrics
Rubber little lady, slicker than a weasel
Grimy as an alley
Loves me like no other lover
Billion dollar baby
Rubber little monster, baby, I adore you
Man or woman living couldn’t love me like you, baby
We go dancing...

I believe Alice is a horror writer, of sorts. This song has strong horror imagery like many of his songs do. It plays on words and twisted meanings. I also believe the main theme deals with achieving success and riches before maturing enough to handle them.
It may also hint at the darker "sick things" that an excess of money can bring into a person's life. Lesson: Money is the root of all evil. -
straight from alice himself in his book, this was just a fun song about how himself and the guys in his band had suddenly made it, and were rolling in cash. thats the message even if its hidden in the lyrics

He is talking about being an artist in the topsy turvy world of the recording industry.

I would think he's talking about a man fantasizing with a blow up doll. According to some of the lyrics, "I bought you in a dimestore", "I'm so scared your head will come off in my hands", "rubber little lady", suggest that this man is talking to it while he's doing his thing.

This song is a reference to their own fame. Despite the fact they were all still relatively young at the time, they were earning shitloads in royalties.
