Alice Cooper: Poison Meaning
Poison Lyrics
Your blood, like ice
One look could kill
My pain, your thrill
I want to love you but I better not
Touch (dont touch)
I want to hold you but my senses
Tell me to stop
I want to kiss you but I want it too
Much (too...

Well, the way I see it, its about hi mloving someone who is basically forbidden, not because of a disease or anything like that, but something else, I'm guessing that the girls is not nessesarily a minor, but just to young for him. That or No body would see their relationship as being "right" because of something from the past or something like that.
He is probly comparing her to poison to remind himself that he shouldn't be with her, no matter how much he wants to be. "I want to love you but I better not Touch, I want to hold you but my senses tell me to stop, I want to kiss you but I want it too much, I wat to tatse you but your lips are venemous poison" He wants to be with her, but yet again, he knows he can't.
"Your poison, running through my veins, your poison, I dont want to break these chains" He knows he wants to be with her, and she wants him to, and the fact that he is resisting her, makes her want him even more.THere is alot more of this going through the whole song, read the lyrics and you'll see. -

It's about a man who loves a women. "My pain, your thrill" means that she get enjoyment from his pain she inflicts on him. "I wanna kiss you but I want it too much" means that he wants to kiss her so much but he doesn't want to, in the next line "I wanna taste you but your lips are venomous poison" show he doesn't want to because some say a person can become additied to poison and kissing her may hurt him in one wy or another,

This is definately a raunchy song, be it on the kinky, "my pain your thrill" side, or the forbidden fruit " i wan to love you but i better not touch" side.
I guess its a song you interpret how you want in the sense that some may see the kinky side, or off limit side.
Perhaps there's an element of the man's dark fantacy of kinkyness, but the girlfriend is not into that side, or perhaps has a no sex before marriage side, and this guy is just getting really frustrated in tune to an awesome rock song! -

I think this song is about him falling in love with someone he shouldn't. (Drug addicted prostitute kind of girl) He wants to love her, but he knows he shouldn't. But she always finds a way to draw him back to her.

It's totally about a woman he's in love with but he knows she's off limits. Be it a disease or drugs. He wants but can't have.
