    Layne used a lot of similes and references to Heroin as a god. It could be that he's referring to how Heroin has taken over like a god. Alternatively, he could have been referring to how he feels that God is not helping him overcome his addiction. Then again, maybe he was talking about both issues.

    Probably about demri leaching off layne, using him to support her drug habit. Sounds like he was paying her bills, and rather than accomplish anything herself, she was able to live the good life vicariously through him.
