    This song is about how Layne was eventually gonna die from his heroin addiction. He's just telling everyone that he regrets ever doing heroin or any other drug. The whole album Dirt is basically about his addiction. every song has basically the same meaning but their different in their own way. This album rox! I got into Alice In Chains by listening to this album.
