    Its literally just nonsense, however the interest comes from the fact that apparently each member switched instruments for the song with Sean Kinney on Vocals, Mike Starr on Guitar, Jerry Cantrell on Bass and Layne Staley on drums.

    and There is another similar nonsensical song in the album Dirt.
