It's talking about how disastrous a relationship between a vampire and a human can be. How a guy falls in love with a vampire and how she turns him into a vampire himself and they die together burning to death.

I think this song is about a couple going up against the world, despite their VAST differences (in this case, a man falling in love with a vampire.). I also think that as the guitar slows, and slightly distorts at the end, it is saying their relationship burned out in the end, resulting in tragedy.

Half of Atreyu's songs are about vampires if you haven't noticed and not just random vampire love, but Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, The Vampire Lestat etc... In her books she refers to becoming a vampire as the Dark Gift, Dark Trick and so on "Your kisses infect me, the Dark Gift is loving you"

My opinion is that this song is about a guy who falls in love with a vampire, or something to that effect. She makes him feel complete, he will give her everything, and they die together at the end. That's my interpretation.
