Go Home Lyrics
Instead of whining and moaning,
Just get on the phone, tell her you're coming home
If you need, you should be there
If you scream in your sleep, or collapse in a heap
And spontaneously...

This song is meant to be about a guy who should be with a girl. The singer says this guy has a girl who really likes him and if he can, to be with her regardless of any reason otherwise. After all, if someone likes you enough to put up with your stuff, you should feel lucky.
The bigger question at the end is whether or not the guy decides to go, but this song is more about the music style than the lyrics.
