   I feel what this song is trying to say is the same as "Let It Be". When we try to control things that are not under our control, we start feelling down, etc. But once you accept the fact you can't control them, that you "let them be", you can't start to feel happy or at least not unhappy. Because at the end of the day, every little thing's gonna be alright"

   I think it may be a riff on the old phrase "Three Little Words" (I Love You) which appeared in many song titles for decades before Bob ever started singing. Just a thought starter.

   I think he is trying to tell you that you should be worried about the little things and that because everything seems to turn out all right in the end hence every little thing is gonna be alright.
   
   This song is so inspirational and so up beat ad happy it with just the beat in general I think it's just trying to make you happy.

    Faith..that's all...
    No matter what,you must have faith...do not lean upon Jah/God/Allah...look around you,He is everywhere..
    I don't know if it's a metaphor but the example of 3 birds singing sweet songs of melodies pure and true it's in my opinion an example of the Father's power...what can be more pure then to wake up,smile with the smiling sun,hearing birds singing and thinking..wow,that's Him!!!
    Release yourself from ego...that is what Bob Marley accomplished!!!
    Almighty is here,there,everywhere,nowhere!!
