Basically she's saying she knows what she likes, wants and is checkin her target out, thats why hes on her radar. She keeps looking at him so he can get the hint to come talk to her because shes really into him and likes what she sees from afar. In other words shes hawking him badly lol so he needs to get up and go to her cuz he might be on her radar, but she will just continue to watch from the distance without making the first move. Good song and the guy in the video is HOT!!
