   I believe this song is about the artist saying he lost sight of God and he thought he could do life on his own but he realized he wasn't strong enough after thinking that for a while and failing so he is "crawling back" to God. God new he would be crawling back because God knows everything which is why it says just like that I'm crawling back to you

   I believe this song is about a guy who has been out of a relationship for quite a while and he feels that he is healing quickly with time passing by, but then he sees his ex girlfriend and a new lesson is learned as he begins to realize what was gone from him and he begins to miss her and crawl back to her again of grief and regret. He wants her forgiveness and her back to him again.
