   It seems to be a loop about an addiction that refers to it as a (woman) waiting to take over another soul- until he witnesses an out of body realization of what she has done. destroying everything-he dies and flies away. With the addiction waiting to take over another face.

   When I was a kid I heard a ghost story that went this. On a dark night a man picked up a hitch hiking girl. She is hurt and tells the man that she was in a car accident and that she's trying to get home. She tells the man where to go so he takes her to the house. When he pulls up in her driveway he turns to say goodbye she's not there anymore. Puzzled the man knocks at the door of her house and her parents answer door asking why he came. He tries to explain that he brought their daughter home and that she had been in a wreck. The parents are freaked out. They tell him she died in a wreck several years ago. It was her ghost still trying to get home that was in her car.
