This is why I love music and ROCK! This song refers to... "She breaks her horser with strange distance voices that travel thought the air" a girl that is fighting with/and having schizophrenic thoughts "voices" that are "breaking" her "horses" and motivation to live.
"She tames with her voices, as she plays around with her forces, that travel thought the air" again, she is trying to "control" or tame the voices in her head, but now she is "playing" or dealing with the "forces" results of those voices traveling throught the air.

This song is about a girl that is mentally ill and she is hearing voices and trying to deal with them....

If its literal, it could be about a girl who tames horses using strange sounds in order to do so. If its metaphorical then the girl could represent any number of things, from God or Satan or Governments or females or celebrity personalities or who knows what. I think many times Satan is referred to as female, so it could be that, but Im not religious at all, so I dont really ascribe that myself... I think its purposefully vague and left open to interpretation by the listener, and probably best left uninterpreted because its a wild and enjoyable song.
