Smoke And Mirrors Lyrics

Standing on the front lines
Staring at the sun rise over the hills
Waiting for the kill
Sweet anticipation, never conversation
Tears in our eyes from holding too tight

Waiting till the demons come
Wait for us to see them run in our...

Maybe about her Dad, bc of the hidden aspect of drugs and alcohol, cutting the tether loose she cuts her Dad loose and sets herself free realizing she saved him, when her father is supposed to be the one to save her from the evil world. Or it could be about wilmer, its her greatest song imo

Pretty sure it was about Wilmer. She loved him with her all and he apparently was an emotional abuser as stated in her song I’m sorry

A common name used for meth is clear. Its famously known for being cut on mirrors. This song is about a relationship that purely revolves around hard drug use and without it there was nothing. Never conversation, only anticipation... For the high that was to come. She uses the term clear vaguely in this song so people can still relate to it but also in a way that helped her be honest about the situation without it being inappropriate.

Such a awesome song. It's about a person who was in a relationship that had ended. But when she looks back at the past she sees things more clear. She realised he never really loved her. At the time it was just smoking mirrors, she also stated it was really her saving him. She wanted the best for him she even went out of her own way to make him happy. But he never done the same. She realised her worth after the break up.....

Somtimes love is not equal. And when a heart breaks one definitely breaks more then the other it never breaks in a perfect half. So sad
