Demi Lovato's new song Unbroken means that she is willing to forget her past and fall in love
"im gonna fall lie i don't need saving"

She's willing to put her past heart-breaks aside to make way for a NEW love... she will not let her past control her future!

"I'm gonna love you like I've never been broke!"

Although Demi's had her heart "broken" many times in the past in several different ways, she's willing to act as if it has NEVER broken and is unbroken in order to fall in love again... She's scared to, but she is willing to put the past behind her and love someone new! :)

I think that this song is about unconditional love.
Like, when she sings "i'm gonna love you like i've never been broken" it demonstrates how much he made fun of her feelings...she thought he believed in her, he made her strong but also weak but... she still loves him no matter what.
I understand her feelings, because i'm in a similar situation right now.

"Locked up tight" in my opinion is a reference to rehab.

so paid out the same lights with a different face but theres somthing in the words you say that makes it all feel so real

Sooo, either the girl is very young and is on a quest to find her "one true love" in some magestical forrest of fairy tale crap and any bloke who says the right thing... the "light" becomes suddenly indiscriminate, or she is just stupid. Most likely the latter.

no need for me to run run run your makin me believe in everything. no need to go and hide hide hide. gonna give you every little peice of me.

There is a huge difference between making someone believe the crap forrest is real with false words aka LIES and KNOWING what is REAL having never even entered la la land.

Oh, and the pieces of her brokeness? Obviously the poor girl doesn't really care where they fit so long as they are shimmery and purdy and fit her ideal. Sooooo... basically, it sounds as if she is about to give all her peices away to any face that that "paid out the same lights." I say, send her to Iran (not the posh parts where women are actually exposing their heads) and make her wear the drape thingy so she can keep sum pieces. Geez. This is a horrible message to the youth and may America crumble ever so gently. Blah-Blah.

Shes been broken and hurt because she fell in love and something went wrong. But now she is willing to love like new not like shes afraid to get hurt. And when she says "I'm gonna say it like its never been spoken" that means she is ready to say I love you like he is the only person she has loved.

Well is all about lonely, hard to forget, sad, you love someone that he dose not know you love him, like past friend or past memory.
