    The Montana reference is from the movie "Scarface," the main character - Tony Montana aka the actor, Al Pacino. The fictional character became one of the biggest drug lords in Miami Fl in the 80's. Of course, his story didn't end well.

    Ok lol.. the song has a lot of meanings. From what I searched.. the panda is a car that he drove in the game Grand Theft Auto, it was black and white like a panda.. the nickname. It says fanta, weed, cough syrup (lean).. Its about drugs, identity theft (credit cards), robbing banks. He has gangsters in Atlanta I guess..Montana some famous country singer won a bunch of awards.. then Danny Devito reference being chubby.. pockets sagging with money like him. Randy a famous wrestler won a lot of champions back in 80s? 70s? Getting licks ( making huge amount money real quickly)... Selling bar as a candy.. 100 Grand candy bar... kinda money. Pop a pill... more drugs. Police.. killing you on the camera. Drugs, money, violence.. gangs..

    In my view, this song could be about the mistreatment of animals. examples from the lyrics:

    The call a group of hairy gay men BEARS. They have huge conventions. They have a name for young men which I think are CUBS etc etc. Well they call the gay Asian men Pandas. Not sure if thats what they mean by panda in the song but thats a fact.
