    I thought it meant something like hell because he said to kill everybody walking like who says that but oh I guess I know what it means now....

    I, now this is just me, think its about hating the way the world is, like the line, "she f**king for BET, showing the fact everyone wants to get famous, by any means possible. Or maybe his life, the line "young boy walkin, wishing, for a burner", and the fact that Tiimmy Turner has two i's like Designer. The lines "I been in love with my jeweler. I been in love with the mula. I buy them all, I buy them all,",etc. Could signify his rise to fame. Essentially the song is about Desiigner's life, and the way that he sees the world, but told in a third person style, cause Desiigner is Tiimmy. If you don't know who Tiimmy is, then I recommend you listen to the song first.
