Ellie Goulding: Burn Meaning
Song Released: 2013
Burn Lyrics
Cause we got the fire, and we're burning one hell of a something
They, they gonna see us from outer space, outer space
Light it up, like we're the stars of the human race, human race
When the lights...
-
My thoughts on this are that ‘the fire’ is a metaphor for rebellion. They’re ruled by narcissist, treated unfairly. No one has done anything about it, but they are rebelling and it’s working. ‘Acting crazy getting loco till the lights out’ they’re happy and have more freedom to do whatever, ‘there’s no sleeping now’ sleeping is a metaphor for giving in to the one in charge.

It about killing all the non jews with Microwave radiation.
Microwave radiation will kill all that have been inoculated with the covid 19 injection. Then the jews running the world from israel.
But it won't succeed they killed the planet steeling all the gold.
Dumb ass jews.

I want to write something that has to do with music and I’ve been writing it about thirty minutes and I produced it with Angelina Jolie and also Gal Gadot she did amazing songwriter they’re incredible and they’re helping me with music and different cultures so me and Ben can go and do music videos and have some fun. And we can travel around for musicians.

I think it means something that we don't know about. She is the one who can tell the true meaning of the song
-
Upon its release, "Burn" was met with a mixed response from music critics, who praised it as "catchy" and noted it as one of Goulding's most radio-friendly songs to date, while others felt it was not memorable.

I believe how life in the future we will have shared love and compassion for the new race will come asap.we are not going go to be alone, we will have a special relationship with other race outer space.
-
It's about a party.
Ever seen one of those parties, like say a super bowl game or something, where people light matches and raise their lighters? It's like that.
Could be they are showing appreciating everyone? She said "Giving love to the world" so maybe some form of memorial or something. -
I always thought this song was about a passionate relationship that overpowers everyone like a fire.
Why I think this:
"When the light'so turned down they don't what they heard" (the only light and sound is fire crackling)
"Strike a match, play it loud, giving love to the world" (love is like a match that can ignite a fire)
"There's no secret now" (as in out love is no longer a secret because we are stating it) -
Cause we got the fire - The holy spirit (God)
They gonna see us from outer space - The rapture, everyone left behind will see us floating to space
They don't know what they heard - The last trumpet sounding signaling the rapture -
I think the meaning is about something that she knows and we don't know about planet earth and alien visitation or some explosion.

Its a party song (raising our Hands, let it burn)
I think it should show that she is happy
