Emilie Autumn: Gothic Lolita Meaning
Gothic Lolita Lyrics
I'm older than you'll ever be
I've been dead a thousand years
And lived only two or three
I don't mind telling you,
My life was ended by your hand
The kind of murder where nobody dies
But I don't suppose you'll...
-
It's actually about a girl who is raped as a child and is now dead inside. She and her "army of little girls" go out to seek revenge on the men who ruined their lives and believe that it is nothing wrong and that what they've done is not a crime. This goes back to Emilie's childhood, when she was raped.
-
This song is about a girl who has been raped since she was little by one man. It may be a family member or it may be a stranger who kidnapped her. She's been killed on the inside by the horrible pain. She's finally old enough to love but she isn't able to, and the man is gonna kill her now. She's been brainwashed into thinking that what this man did to her is legal even though it's horrible and he deserves to be killed.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
