It seems to be a song about a famous and much loved singer. That singer can play with the emotions of his audience with his songs, trying to seem innocent and victimized. In reality, though, he's a pervert whom rapes or molests his fans. The song is in the perspective of one such fan, who immediately realizes the truth about the singer. She rejects him, but wishes him "the best of luck."
