It's really easy to figure out the meaning of this song. It tells us about fake friendships and about people who try to get some use out of their releationship with someone.
Billie Joe in this sing explains his hate towards that someone by saying that he doesn't need him anymore and that he can go f**k himself.
Billie also says that that someone is probably gonna lose more friends and come crawling back to him, and he isn't gonna forgive him.
