I'm not sure but i think The guy is a Soldier AKA a "Peacemakers" (maybe in iraq/afganistan because of the middle eastern sound) who has become corrupt and knows it and likes it.(sounds so much like me)
By "Vandetta, sweet vandetta. This baretta of the night. The fire and the desire. Well, shots ringin out on the holy parasite" he's saying he has a gut feeling or voice telling him to bring peace (and end) to the religious prejudice in the middle east and by "death to the ones at the end of the serenade" he means those who think they are above everyone and will survive until the end will be punished by he and his Peacemaker ( the peacemaker could be a gun? Im still not sure on that one)
