Hinder: Running in the Rain Meaning
Running in the Rain Lyrics
And every time her wounds get deeper
Tonights the night she's gonna shed her skin
Cause she's thinkin that he doesn't need her
She's wishin all this would end
And she's gonna try to take her own life...

This song is about two different people who have both lost a love important to them, thinking no good will come but before they commit suicide they realize there are better things in life to still enjoy (like running in the rain) and that there will be some one out there worth their wait who will love them. This song is about having hope that things will get better when your in great pain or heartbreak.

This song is about how when you get mad and you say things you don't mean bc it says "every time the room starts spinning he starts thinking about wear they wear when she told him that she doesn't need him" and how they both really need each other but doesn't realize the other does so they want to kill there self....and that's wear it says "wait I know your hearts been shattered but there's someone worth the wait and there's so much more that matter and I know you'll be alright just try to love the little things like running n the rain" its also talking about why people cause pain to themselves it says "she cuts herself to forget him" and it says "he drinks alone to for get her" just thought id add that
