I think that he's talking to the girl not about her almost like third person I think that's what it's called tho he does this to explain how blinded he is by this girl and he's telling her how great he thinks she is and I think that she's a new girl in his life and he's talking about her driving him around and they're even listening to her music bc that's how In love he is like he gives her complete control.
The second verse is where it gets messed up but it seems to me like he's saying that she's sneaking around with another man and that they're video recording they're affair. Like he says that it's heavy but I don't think he's talking about the guys cock I think he's really referring to the affair weighing heavy on her heart and a choke and a gag is how it's making her feel but she weathers and keeps returning for more. So they're in love but it's a mess and it's bringing him down. If I'm right but I am applying this to a relationship I've had and how I explained it it makes perfect sense to me what he's saying
