My Chemical Romance: F.T.W.W.W Meaning
F.T.W.W.W Lyrics
Make cavities,
And just because it purely is a crime
We full-on freak the cops, that causality
And break the walls of cryogenic slime
She said come on, come on, kiss my battery,
Come on, come on, I’ll be your...

The world is corrupt and we should all fucking die, even if we don't wanna. (I wanna.)
kiss my battery.

I truly love this song because of how blatantly anti-establishment it is.
However, I cannot transform it into a line-by-line story as I usually do with my interpretations.
The background of this song is that MCR was creating an alternative band like themselves in the future (The Mad Gear and Missile Kid) which the Killjoys might listen to.
Having only discovered and listened to this song earlier this week, I haven't had time to brood over it like other MCR songs, but I feel like the meaning of the song can be simplified into a few bullet points:
-People flip out if you do something contrary to the standard ("and just because it purely is a crime") and the only excuse for that they have is that it isn't 'acceptable'.
-The whole "kiss my battery" thing can be interpreted a couple ways (I've heard that the comic books which I'd do anything to read explain this better, what with the android girl and such). I'd say that this can be narrowed down to the fact that they do everything differently, even love, which is assumed to be universally the same. Also, the fact that she may be an android, and android/human love affairs are certainly odd, along with the other things they do, it, overall, "fucks this whole wide world".
-Verse two seems to once again point out that the person was raised with the intention of being a 'proper child', but they defied all the standards that were given to them ("where your mother cries").
-Lastly: "I'm at a loss because of tragedy". I believe this is rather satirical, mocking the fact that everyone thinks that this is so tragic and that everyone is suffering, whereas he really isn't at a loss at all.
~Listening to this (and especially Gerard's distinct voice), it's hard to separate these songs from Danger Days.
Remember that these are supposed to be two separate bands, one within the album, and these aren't intended to add much to the storyline of the Killjoys. It is just a collection of songs that they would listen to and find relevant to themselves.
Even so, they're absolutely awesome and I encourage more people to put meanings for them!~
