I'd Come for You Lyrics
Like wounded soldiers in need of healing
Time to be honest, this time I'm pleading,

In the musicvideo it´s a about a girl who ditches dinner with her dad for a ride with a guy i his car. Later this guy gets aggressive and tries to kiss her etc. the girl texts her dad "77" that you can reconize in a photo in their home with the girl and her dad, and it´s the number of her baseball-uniform, and he rushes to her rescue and saves her. And it kind of reminds me of my dad cuz he would do anything to protect me and the whole thing (video and lyric) is so sweet :)

It's saying I will only come for you when you want me to.
That I was an idiot for what I did, but now I understand so much more than before. How I understand what it really means to finally let a person in and let them see every part of me good or bad and let them accept every part of me.
Like a warrior on the battlefield who would always go back for his buddy, I'd always come back for the one I truly love- lay down my life, lie, whatever it took to get that person back. I'll always be there for you whenever you call and promise I'll find you no matter what. But only when you realize that I'm the one you want. -
He is saying he would come for you, for no one else but her
