   To back up the previous comment, I believe that the song is about 2 things. One; make the most of your life while you have it as it isn't gonna last forever. Two (the more prominent of the two); if you know you're getting on and have left loose ends along the path, you should return and tie them up. Let your friends know how you feel before it's too late, don't miss your chance to find that special someone and forgive your enemies.

   To Live your Life before its over so you don't die having never really lived it. To Live a Life worth Living. Being conscious of the time you spend as finite and temporal and unknown to how much or how long or when the time you have is over so to appreciate its worth and value to treat it as such and bring value and worth to every minute spent as the priceless gift it is. Well spent and not wasted upon trivial shallow nonsense but on the things in life that really matter and of true lasting value that will of true value. Dont put off today what you thought could wait until tomorrow....for tomorrow is not a promise for you or for anyone else you wish to spend it with. Whenever you depart from someone no matter how many times you have remember to not leave anything unsaid but say it like you may not see them again. Because someday that will be true.

    "Would you say goodbye to yesterday?" - Could you let yesterday go?
    "Would you live each moment like your last?" - I like to think this one is self explanatory....
    "Leave old pictures in the past" - Let go of all the old memories
    "Donate every dime you have?" - Give everything you have to charity?
    "Would you call old friends you never see?" - please tell me you don't need me to explain this one to you....
    "Reminisce old memories" - be nostalgic
    "Forgive your enemies?" - Self explanatory
    "Would you find that one you're dreamin' of?" - Go look for that special person we all want to find
