Panic! At The Disco: Causal Affair Meaning
Causal Affair Lyrics
That could go anywhere
And only for tonight
Take any moment, any time
A lover on the left
A sinner on the right
Lay in the atmosphere
A casual affair (Hush-hush, don't you say a word)
Lay in the atmosphere
A casual...

I think that the meaning of Casual Affair is obvious. It's about an affair. However there are some interesting lyrics in this song that if you think about it could mean other things. This line Take any moment, any time A lover on the left A sinner on the right obviously means that one of the people is totally oblivious to the fact that the other person is married or in a relationship making them the lover and the other person the sinner. I also find this lyric interesting. Break involuntary ties A secret so the spies Could never find us out. This makes me think that the married person got married without loving the person they married. I also think that if you took that out of context it can mean like when you make a choice you actually don't want to and so you totally like act like it doesn't matter even though it still does.
