Hallelujah Lyrics

Ohh!
A moment you'll never remember
And a night you'll never forget!
Ohh!

[Chorus:]
All you sinners stand up, sing hallelujah (hallelujah!)
Show praise with your body
Stand up, sing hallelujah (hallelujah!)
And if you can't stop...

Anyone who's human fucks up in life multiple times, and this song is sort of a way of saying that your 'sins' aren't that bad after all and made you who you are today. Just my interpretation :)

This song has multiple meanings to me. One of core meaning would have to be about how they came back, since they hadn't made a album in 3 years. Another reason would of coarse having to be realizing who you are. Being proud of who you are and not letting anyone get in your way. And it I believe some of the lyrics describe of how Brendon realized who he was and how he needed to do certain things to move on or reach his goal. Another theorie would be about how Spencer left. Hint "When the time of being sad is over and you miss him like you miss no other"... I believe that's him referencing Spencer. Also the last theme went along with how he needed to move on and the steps he needed to move on. That's all I got xD

I think this song is about how, whether your a sinner or not, we should be our own kind of selves. We shouldn't rely on someone to make us happy. But then again I also think this song is about one night stands...So it could go either way...
