Pink: Beautiful Trauma Meaning
Song Released: 2017
Beautiful Trauma Lyrics
I slashed your tires
It's like we burned so bright we burned out
I made you chase me
I wasn't that friendly
My love, my drug, we're fucked up, oh
'Cause I've been on the run so long they can't find me
You waking up to...

1TOP RATED
#1 top rated interpretation:This I feel is a song about a women that has been in a relationship and emotionally felt a lot for this person physically and mentally, but the relationship had its moments of being strong and passionate to very sour and bitter for both, so unbearable at times that the women’s leaves and tries to stay away, but each time cannot resist his/her charms, theredore they will both end up in drunken states, which will always open a heart to vulnerability, so therefore that person she loved makes her feel loved again, but as soon as they sober up and realise what they have both done, she’s hoping seeing her will remind him, that she does have feelings and she is still as beautiful in body and mind to what he/she remembers, but when that doesn’t happen she finds it difficult to cope, therefore she leaves again, she then try’s again to stay away but she/he’s like her addiction, she cannot help going back to what she knows, it’s like a habit, like a addiction she can’t get over, she keeps having thoughts that actually who the hell in life will pass away, before she realises she is wasting her life continuously trying to redeem the beautiful relationship they both once had, before it turn volatile and just to a relationship with no meaning, no love, just sex with no real passion, just intoxicating night of vulnerable intimacy, which soon ends once sober, then her anger begins again in the portrayal of criminal damage to get his/her attention, again causing the fight, the reckless drinking, then back to the addictive sex before sober.... my love my love, my love, my love,my drug !

It’s just how Pink describes it.. like can be fing traumatic but also very beautiful and really we can’t seem to have one without the other just like a couple you can’t be in a relationship without the other
-
The song is about how miserable we have become in our fictions patriarch society. The man clearly isn’t content with his role and she isn’t happy with hers. So the swap roles and voila! Success!
Sorry but it’s not about abusing your spouse ladies . It’s a BDSM/FLR song . It’s about heterosexual love carrying on . -
I think it's about someone who has been in a toxic relationship...and Everytime he/she leaves that person he/she still wants to go back but is afraid of what the future holds and what might happen again....so it's love and its beautiful but she's insecure so it's a trauma
-
I actually think this song is more about bdsm and people are thinking abit deep in to it, If you no u no. I also think its talking about sub/dom drop in parts aswell x
-
I think this song is about a toxic relationship where the woman is in love with the feeling of being in love not even caring if the relationship is wrong or not.
Abusive relationship, battered-wife syndrome, and she's trying to please her husband or partner even when she knows it's killing her because the feeling of being in love is keeping her happy.
sounds like my parents.

I agree but when does in the song does ant lyric about "him" or "he". I'm pretty sure both men and women can relate to this.
