    I'm pretty sure this song is about how bad Mila wants my meat stick, listen to her moaning she's like "damn this anonymous dude on the internet would give it to me so good"

    This song is allegedly about MJK's German grandfather who was assigned to a concentration camp during WW2. The lyrics "how are you gonna decide who lives and who dies?" And "what do you know about the ways of another side" in my opinion refer to the inner anguish from his experiences during that horrible time. This song was written as tribute to his grandfather on his deathbed.
