Puscifer: Tiny Monsters Meaning
Song Released: 2011
Tiny Monsters Lyrics
-
to me it refers to how maynard sees most of society (dull, apathetic puppets), like mannequins; they lack genuineness and color, in contrast to the harlequin which they hunt (as he says later on). when the night comes (representative to when they are not seen, secretly), they become alive with emotion, but rather to do evil and hunt those who are different and shine with creativity (harlequin). This is what
maynard refers to as the 'show', in which others by stand and watch without stopping the wrong (the patrons). d33p. also it ends with 'to be or not to be beyond the dawn'. he is referring to those who are different, the hunted...will they make it beyond dawn?
