it seems that the song was created during a cold winter when he felt an overwhelming/out of this world love for someone. whether it was Pam or someone else, we'll probly never know. another mystery that Jim left us. this song really hit home with me since i first heard it in the winter of 2014 after a bitter 2013 split from an awful 22 yr marriage, but fortunately meeting an amazing gorgeous girl in winter 2014, we've been inseparable since.
