Taxi Cab Lyrics

I wanna fall inside your ghost
And fill up every hole inside my mind
And I want everyone to know
That I am half a soul divided

Sometimes we will die and sometimes we will fly away
Either way you're by my side until my dying days
And if...

"I wanna fall inside your ghost
And fill up every hole inside my mind
And I want everyone to know
That I am half a soul divided"

This first stanza could mean that he is contemplating suicide because his loved one died, and took part of his soul with her.

    The Hearse Represents death

Running out of gas represents the crushing blow that Jesus gave to death on the cross.

The three people in the front seat of the taxicab represent the trinity, and that the man in the song is being saved from death and his sins are forgiven.

It is Tyler's way of sharing his testimony. He was destined for the cemetery when the trip is interrupted by another passenger sharing the Gospel with him. I break down the song line by line with bible references in this video: https://youtu.be/v6Pr0C_ZMeY

I believe it's about the 3 men being the holy trinity forgiving his sins and leading him away from suicide

Somebody dies and the hearse ran out of gas at one point. The father and 2 other men trafer the person to a taxi cab and the person 'awakens'. The father says "We're driving toward the morning, son
Where all your blood is washed away and all you did will be undone." It's to be believed the dead person committed suicide.
