The Battle of One Lyrics

Try and stop me
Try and save me

I want to fall...

Try and cross me
Take me, tease me

I want to fall
I want to fall
I want to fall...

I want to fall
I want to fall
I want to fall...

It's a bit short, so it's quite hard to think what it means. He is trying to convince himself, while falling, that its the best thing to do. He is also taunting whoever can see him, by saying 'try and stop me'. oh, by the way, he is commiting suicide.

I agree with the first anonymous. I believe the song is about someone who continually fights with himself, but needs help towards the fight (they want someone to help one side), saying that they "want to fall" because they are tired of the battle. At least, thats what I think

i think this song is about someone who thinks about committing suicide. and he wants nobody to save him...or to try to save him, because he already reached the edge and it would be too late for turning back.
and trying to save would only bring pain..
that's the way i see the song
