   - Nothing could ever get in-between the love that she has for her husband. The thought of not being with him is so unbearable she would rather die. She is willing to go through a lot of pain to stay in this relationship.

   - He is her lucky charm and the diving force behind her pain.

   - People who know this couple and have seen their good times and bad realise that cheating could never break them apart because their love outweighs the hurt of infidelity. She will simply wash away his sins and carry on.
   
   She speaks of him like a chair with spilled juice on it, take it to the cleaners and it is as though it had never happened - the chair is not ruined.

   - He's gorgeous and mesmerising, other women want to take him eagerly, consume him, taste him and be filled up by his presence. They unconsciously want to submerge themselves in his gaze, it is easy and a luxury to look at him. Green is a rare colour in eyes and also a lucky colour in general.

   - She will always have to see the women he has slept with, she will always have to continue seeing him, she knows the secret to continuing this marriage is by accepting him and even supporting him for who he is, to her that is true love and how the marriage will work. she doesn't expect other people to understand because it's something sworn between them as husband and wife, this is no one else's business. It's not conventional but it works for them, and as she said, she would rather die than not be with him. This treaty between them only brings them closer, there wouldn't be such hurt and passion and chasing and desperation for him if he didn't cheat. He would most likely not find another woman who would allow him to behave this way and still love him unconditionally. There is a unique bond here that can only be sworn 'between the cheats'.

   I personally love this song and Amy for that case. I can relate because I am young and married. I think Amy is using "Between the Cheats" as an acronym for "between the vowels" the whole song is talking about marriage and one verse says, "It's sworen between the cheats". Basically she's saying, its his and hers marriage what they do is this their business but no one better not come "between the cheats" (vowels).

   She'll accept a beating as long as she gets to stay with him
   Horseshoes are already lucky things, so she's saying he's her good luck charm that gives her will to fight

   People have seen them together in good times and bad, taking someone to the cleaners means taking all their money, or you could say she'll take everything of yours if you try and break them up.
