Song Released: 1998
Army Lyrics

When Ben Folds graduated, he told his dad he was thinking about joining the army. His dad's response was "You're fucking high."
That inspired the idea for the song, although in the song he later goes on to be a politician running for office and haunted by his service-dodging past.
