Beyonce: Halo Meaning
Song Released: 2009
Halo Lyrics
Well, baby they're tumbling down
And they didn't even put up a fight
They didn't even make up a sound
I found a way to let you in
But I never really had a doubt
Standing in the light of your halo
I got my...

It's about a woman feeling the full warmth of love tingle deep inside. She's been let down, hurt, and obviously feels emotions deeply, hence why she has tried to protect herself, with "walls". This man's honour, integrity and affectionate warmth has reminded ber how good Love can feel. She relinquishes control, and fully surrenders to the possibility of Love, she takes the risk - because she must, for that possibility to flourish, and make her feel alive again. The tone of the song shouldn't be overlooked either. It perfectly combines with the lyrics to create a blissful, heady daze - reminiscent of that dreamy love, where the world feels like a warm golden cloud. Great song, that really captures the female perspective.

How funny! All you christian fanatics think this song is about Satan. How fearful you are. Dont you believe God is omnipresent? You think there is one single place in this universe where he is not in charge?
I think you should search deeper inside yourself and maybe discover who and what Christ really is.
If he is alive, he must be alive inside of YOU, like a shining light of love that makes all the walls of our narrow understanding and our fearful protection tumble.
The words in this song could only have come out of a meeting with True Love, someone shining the love of God with their whole being.
Only this kind of love can break down the walls of our ego, our protection from the Love that is actually all around all the time. Only we cannot recognize it because of our fear and our closed ego mind.
This song reminds me of my own meeting with a true master, one living being who is amitting this christ light, this unfathomable love and compassion.
I found a way to let him in and he opened my mind and my heart. Now I see this Love that he is, that God is, that this earth is, everywhere, even as my own self it is shining.
I´m surrounded by Gods embrace. He is everywhere.
This is saving Grace. Being saved out of my narrow mind, my fear, my protective prison walls.
Halo is a symbol of that invisible light that shines out of a saint or an enlightened being, like Christ, like Buddha, like yourself if you realize you are not your ego, not your narrow mind.
Someone who can give you the experience of this kind of love, if you let them in, if you don´t shut them out, if you take the risk of letting the walls tumble, you can be free. Your true eyes will open. Then you can see the halo. -

In "Halo", Beyoncé professes her all-encompassing love to her heavenly lover with open-hearted emotion. She said, "['Halo'] is angelic ... like you see [angels'] faces instantly when you hear it. [Its lyrics] are basically saying that I had these walls built up about love; you completely tore them down and when I look at you I see your halo, it's really beautiful." and I completely agree with interpretation, but this is Beyonce's interpretation of this song, it's not mine I got this off wikipedia database
How I interpret this song. What I feel this song is about from my perspective is seeing this person is so heavenly like this person is an angel with a halo above their head, when this person is only human who is far from perfect who has flaws, but seeing this person in that light where this person may seem like a heavenly angel, but isn't an actual angel, just a person with the heaven's light inside of them representing the good in them. like you're saying that I see the light in you, I believe in you, like I do see the good in you. -
Helal Ben Shacrach-means son of the morning star in hebrew. In other words, lucifer. Helal and halo pronunciated in its melodically context seems to be similar. Giving homage to whom it's NOT due.

Its about berlin wall. When it collapse in the end of coldwar, some of the bricks fell on some cute kid, whom in turn become an angel
with a wellknown halo on top -
She's found an angel in life. She's singing don't stop now your helping break down my walls. She's never found anyone who makes her feel the way she does around him. She adores, admires and wants him in her life. He helps her.

This song isn't about religion people. She found someone she loves and she is a very guarded person. Somehow though she let this person in her life her walls came down. That he's perfect and shes never had anyone like this before shes been hurt to many times before. I see your halo your an angel to me.

Remember those walls I built ( meaning her Christianity) well baby they tumbling down (her Christian side has tumbled dowb without a fight.)
Be caredful "fans" God is a jealous God. A fan is a follower and if you're following beyonce, its a dead end. Her god is not the Christians' God. She worship her master and does it well. Many of you are deceived by that gorgeous, sexy, conservative look and behind beyonce's door lies many of innocent souls (her fans)
All her fans are her sacrafice, remember this the devil has no freel gift. He'll give you but always need something in return. To you who says im a fan' ur giving up your without even knowing just by nunbering yourself as fan to Beyonce. Wake up. Read ur bible, accept Jesus Christ as ur savior (the one who should be followed). Beyonce will die one day and is gonna have to report to somebody but it ain't our God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The devil is gonna be laughing in many of you all faces when ur being reveiled all these things in the spiritual realm. Jesus is the only way, the truth and the life. Accept him. -
Honestly , the songs meaning is what you interpret it to be. Some interpret it as satanic and it's satanic in their mind. Others interpret it as a love song and it's a love song in their mind. Everyone has their opinions and their beliefs.
It's just like some people believe in aliens and others don't. -
halo... it's about not a guardian angel, nor human. It's about Lucifer. A higher power. Anyone with ears should know.

this is a love song full stop!!!Look if you try and covert any thing to encoperate devil worship you'll find it...
its simply a song by a woman who's been hurt in love and has "built a wall" against falling in love again.....but she's falling for this man who treats her with respect and loves her.For those who say she's talking about satan.....did you know that when satan fell to earth he lost his "halo" his crowning glory.....only his powers remained but without the halo........so this is not satan being talked about here!!!.......make your own analysis before you believe everything claimed to be evil -
Halo is a song to the devil. This is a famous topic that everyone has their interpretations to but u must face the facts and realize that Beyonce is a devil worshiper and so when she is talking about his halo and him shining and falling she is talking about the fallen angels and Lusifer when he was banished from Heaven after being jelous of God he was the prince of light. This is were the light aspect comes from.Lusifer is from an ancient word Luminous meaning Light! ok!
