Bruno Mars: That's What I Like Meaning
Song Released: 2016
That's What I Like Lyrics
I got a condo in Manhattan
Baby girl, what's hatnin'?
You and your ass invited
So gon' and get to clappin'
Go pop it for a pimp, pop-pop it for me
Turn around and drop it for a pimp, drop-drop it for me
I'll rent a beach...

-
2TOP RATED

-
3TOP RATED
#3 top rated interpretation:This song I think is about a boy who is in love with a girl and he want to spoil her with all these gifts and vacations.

This song told about two people, man and women, like doing stuff like lovers but the fact is, they aren't.. their just doing their relationship for fun, because they don't have any commitment. They doing those things just to fill their emptyness. Their relationship not using their heart, only their bodies, they just shootin'the breeze..
-
He sings about money a lot. When.you love someone who really cares about what they have . Its the person within. Sitting near that fire with a piece of chocolate cake in my hands is a fantasy
-
No latest bruno mars songs for me, it its very sexual.
-
I think it's about dining, drinking, dating, and sex.
-
it's means sex because it says sex by the fire at night i would let my kids listen to it when they are older so they know what sex is.
-
Bruno mars is clearly an avid arbor mist drinker at his neighborhood book club y'all.
-
Honestly, I feel like the entirety of the song just revolves around sex and there’s a whole variety of sexual innuendos and euphemisms manifested in the lyrics. It’s really such a sensual song that seems very catch and fun to listen to but I don’t think it would be appropriate for children to listen to it.

Anonymous: "The urban dictionary has a resemblance about strawberry champagne."
I noticed that as well, still .. urban dictionary is far from being a credible source.
I agree with your interruption. Ever since I heard this nasty innuendo, I've been trying to disprove the theory because I actually truly enjoyed listening to this tune. -
Bruno Mars is telling a woman all the things that he likes. -songfacts. The urban dictionary has a resemblance about strawberry champagne. Thoughts? But if that's the meaning, it's unhygienic. It's really a champagne. I watched the video and I saw a caricature picture of a champagne. About the lucky for you lyrics, the girl is lucky because the things she likes, he likes too.
-
My boyfriend returned home from work just the other evening and claimed that a co-worker had shown him PROOF that when Mars refers to "strawberry champagne" and spouts "lucky for you, that's what I like", it is a sexul reference. The source claimed that what Bruno Mars is actually speaking / singing about is the mixture of jizz (semen) and menstrual blood during sex. I have Google'd and searched but haven't found a credible source to vouch that this is true. Thoughts?
-
That song is about Bruno Mars' wealth and money and how much things he has and can give to his girl.
-
Honestly everyone, the song is all about sex. Why can't anyone even see that. It says this in the song "sex by the fire at night". Jeez
-
To me, this song is about how wealthy he is and how he can and will treat you if you're his girl.
-
Basically it's a song about stuff he likes that he assumes every pussy poppin' club rat is also into. Honestly why are you even here reading this? You know this song doesn't have any meaning other than "hey it's catchy and this guy wants extravagant stuff and thinks you're lucky because of it". I wish Bruno would catch a grenade for this some so we could all sleep a little better at night.
-
It about him liking a girl's body and how he loves it sooo much and he tries to explain it to others in song form.
