Waking The Demon Lyrics

Oh!
2, 3, 4!
Helpless!
My eyes are bleeding from the fear that's inside!
You sealed your demise when you took what was mine
Don't try to stop me from avenging this world!
No voice to be heard

Waking the demon
Where'd you run to
Walking...

This song has a strong anti-bullying message. after taking all their crap, he finally snaps and starts to get back at them. this is unusually represented even in the video as waking the "demon" or the parts of us that thirst for revenge at being mistreated. Unlike a real-life school shooting, he decides to go serial-killer on the idiots that bully him.

This song is about someone who has been tortured/bullied/irritated by others a lot. The anger keeps swelling inside him("There's no escape from this rage that I feel"). He turns into some sort of semi-sentient monster one night("Waking the demon.....watch the blood flow"), possibly a werewolf, and hunts down those who once troubled him. "Waking the demon" could also have a metaphorical meaning, as in waking the "demon" inside him; revoking his anger.

This song is about a kid that's been getting bulled and harassed until he reached his breaking point and decided to do something for himself instead of hiding about it.

all ppl live in hallucinations about this "demon",
now he wakes this guy up, so ppl see who he really is, then they go mad, "wach the blood flow"
see its not hard at all

This song is about a teenage boy who is bullied by a specific person ( possibly from matthew padgetts past) (padgett is the singer) who bullies him alot. so as he marks the days away one by one he takes every bit of bullying that is given to him. so as e marks every day away when the night of the full moon comes he leads the bully into the woods and kills him...SPOILER ALERT!!!!!! the bully's gf is also a demon. Basically, this song is about someone being pushed around until he's had enough and finally avenging for all the pain he's been through.
Which is why it's called "Waking The Demon"
Awaking the strong/dark side of the person picked on.
